For instock products, the estimated time to process your order is 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping provider. We offer no guarantee on the time your order will arrive (as we have no control over the shipping carrier once the package leaves our possession), however you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
All purchases can be returned within a 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee (Duck and Dash does not provide return shipping labels nor pay for return shipping).
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Before you begin the return process, make sure the product you plan to return is in new, resellable condition. Damaged products cannot be returned. If any component is used, fully assembled, altered, or otherwise not suitable for resale, we cannot accept the component for return. If all product components are in sellable condition, a refund is granted in the amount of the product’s listed price less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You will need:
Contact Us first to verify that your product meets the requirements for a return. If requirements are met you will be issued an RMA number to include in your return.
Your Order ID number from the original shipment (found on original shipping container)
Names of specific parts and quantities being returned
The product being returned (with all original components, hardware and packaging included)
PLEASE NOTE: THE COMPLETE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
Once we have received and reveiwed your return, and verified that a refund is applicable, your refund will appear in your account in approximately 2-3 weeks.
As an authorized dealer of RAM® Mounts, RAM® products purchased through our store will be covered by RAM® Mounts warranty which can be found here.
The Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mounting plates have a Limited Lifetime Warranty extended to the original purchaser only (non-transferable). Limited lifetime warranty is a warranty against manufacturer defects, not normal wear and tear.
What is Not Covered
Failure due to: accident or collision; misuse, abuse or modification; chemical fallout; salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation; installation of an incorrect part; and damages caused by other faulty parts.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, scatches and gouges.
No other warranties are expressed or implied.
