What are the Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mounting plates made from?
The plates are made from marine grade plastic that is waterproof, UV protected, and features a textured, anit-glare surface.
How many ducks will the Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mount hold?
The Flock 44 can hold up to 44 ducks. The Flock 50 can hold up to 50 ducks. Larger ducks will take up more space and reduce the overall number of ducks that can fit securely with pegs to the mount.
Will the Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mount block my defrost vents?
No. Both the Flock 44 and the Flock 50 were designed specifically to prevent blockage of critical dash components.
Does the Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mount require any modifications to the dash?
No. The Flock 44 installs to the dash using the two existing OEM screws located under the rubber insert in the central dash pocket.
The Flock 50 installs using the single OEM screw located under the rubber insert in the center dash pocket. You may choose, however, to use the extra screws included in the package to add additional support. This will require slight modification.
Will the Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mount have any glare?
No. The Duck and Dash Premium Duck Mount is made with marine grade plastic that has a textured, anti-glare surface.
What accessories are compatible with the Flock 44?
The Flock 44 is designed to accommodate The RAM® Track Ball™. Once you have a RAM® Track Ball™ and a compatible RAM® double socket arm, there are many different accessories that you can attach. Examples of compatible accessories include the RAM® X-Grip® phone holder and the RAM® Action Camera Universal Ball Adapter compatible with GoPro®.
What accessories are compatible with the Flock 50?
The Flock 50 is compatible with AMPS mounts as well as T-Bolt Track Ball attachments.
